Three decades of doing the work.
Not theories. Not frameworks. Results.
The Founder
Waldo Rochow brings over thirty years of professional experience spanning software development, management consulting, and program evaluation. His career has taken him from enterprise Java development to executive leadership, from Ottawa boardrooms to field assessments across 50 countries.
This breadth isn't accidental — it reflects a conviction that the most valuable insights come from crossing boundaries. Understanding how software actually gets built informs better governance. Experience with international development programs reveals patterns that apply to domestic policy. Security work teaches discipline that improves everything else.
Today, innoLab represents the synthesis of that experience: a practice focused on solving complex problems for organizations that can't afford to get it wrong.
